Refund policy

At Wildly Rooted, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of the personal nature of skincare and wellness items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Process: To begin a return, email us at hello@livewildlyrooted.com with your order number.

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@livewildlyrooted.com, including photos of the issue.

  • We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
